Service Report - For New Project or Onsite Service You Need to Fill the Same Get it Signed with Date, Time In, Time Out.

After Completion of New Project You Need to get the Work Completion Certificate as Provided in the form. It will Be useful for us to customer who claims you have not completed the work due to that we are holding your payment.
